After initial contact formal estimates are sent out in 24-48 hours. Our sales team will help you choose the best options for your project. They've been doing this for a while so take advantage of their knowledge!
After approval of the quote and payment is made your order is sent directly to the Art Department and one of our award-winning designers will begin work. Proofs for printed merchandise are generally sent next day. If your project is more design intensive please see the tab below for production times.
Once your artwork is approved it will be sent directly to production and the countdown begins. Make sure to check all art proofs carefully for sizing, location and typographic errors. Premier Printing does not assume liability for artwork that has been approved with errors.
Typical production times begin after artwork approval and are as follows:
Screen Printing: 7-10 Business Days
Embroidery: 10-14 Business Days
Wide Format & Digital Print: 3-5 Business Days
Promotional Items: 14-21 Business Days
Graphic Development: 7-10 Business Days
Social Media & Digital Advertising: Varies Per Project
Website Development: 14-21 Business Days

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an exceptional product every time. We don't send anything out the door unless we would use it ourselves. We'd like you to consider our staff as an extension of your team.
As with any industry, there may be issues that slip through the cracks. Equipment failure and manufacturer's defects are a few examples of this. Premier Printing beats the industry standard rate of 5% and allows for a 2% spoilage rate on most printed items. If you need clarity on this please reach out.

Due to the nature of this industry and the endless amount of services we offer, generic pricing is very difficult to achieve. There may be thousands of options for every order.
